1. Transportation Requests
Submitting a request through this website does not confirm or guarantee a ride. Transportation is scheduled only after Pillar Medical Transportation confirms availability, trip details, and payment arrangements directly with the customer.
2. Service Limitations
Pillar Medical Transportation provides non-emergency, nonclinical transportation services and does not provide medical or nursing care.
Drivers may provide reasonable door-to-door assistance consistent with the passenger’s disclosed mobility needs. Drivers do not perform nursing assessments, medical monitoring, medication administration, medical treatment, emergency transportation, stretcher transportation, or ambulance services.
Passengers who require medical supervision, continuous clinical care, emergency assistance, stretcher transportation, or services beyond the passenger’s safely disclosed mobility needs must use an appropriately licensed medical transportation or emergency service.
3. Emergencies
Pillar Medical Transportation is not an emergency service. Call 911 immediately for any medical emergency. If an emergency occurs during transportation, the driver may stop in a safe location and contact 911.
